Uttar Pradesh Government Youth & StudentSmall Business Owner

Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan (MYUVA)

An interest-free loan of up to ₹5 lakh for young people starting their own venture

MYUVA is the Uttar Pradesh government's scheme for young people who want to start their own business. The loan goes up to ₹5 lakh and carries no interest, which is the main thing that separates it from an ordinary bank loan. It is aimed at first-time young entrepreneurs rather than established businesses.

Who can apply

  • Young resident of Uttar Pradesh starting a new venture
  • Meets the age and education condition fixed under the scheme
  • Not already running the same business with another government-subsidised loan

What to take with you

  • Aadhaar card and PAN card
  • Residence proof of Uttar Pradesh
  • Education certificates
  • Project report of the business you want to start
  • Bank passbook

How to apply

Apply online through the Uttar Pradesh MSME single-window portal at diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in, and follow up at the District Industries Centre in Baghpat, which sends the file to the bank.

Rejected or still waiting? Check these first

Most applications fail for a correctable reason, not because the applicant was ineligible. Before assuming you do not qualify, check each of these:

  • Project report does not show how the business will earn enough to repay
  • Age or education is outside what the scheme allows
  • Bank did not clear the file even though the department recommended it

Still stuck after checking all of these? Tell us what happened and we will help you work out which office to approach.
