Journey

A journey shaped by soil first, and technology after.

Six phases, in sequence. Each one explains a little more of why this platform exists in the form it does.

Note Dates and titles are being confirmed against the public record.

  1. 01

    Roots in Chhaprauli.

Born in Chhaprauli and connected to Kakripur village, the earliest years were shaped by the rhythms of a sugarcane and wheat economy, canal irrigation, and the close social fabric of a Jat-majority agrarian community on the Yamuna floodplain. These years planted an understanding of rural life that no amount of later technical training could replace.

  2. 02

    Building a technical foundation.

The move into technology, AI, marketing, cybersecurity and business began here, building the professional foundation that would later shape a very specific way of looking at public problems: not as slogans, but as systems that can be diagnosed and improved.

  3. 03

    Nearly two decades across domains.

Across close to 18 years, the work spanned multiple disciplines, technology and AI systems, brand and marketing strategy, cybersecurity, and business operations, giving a rare, cross-functional view of how large systems, including government systems, succeed or fail to reach the people they are meant to serve.

  4. 04

    Turning toward public life.

The decision to bring this experience back to Chhaprauli grew from a recognition that the same disciplined, systems-first thinking used in technology and business could be applied to a very different problem: why so many residents of Chhaprauli were not receiving the government support they were entitled to, simply because the information never reached them in a usable form.

  5. 05

    Building the guidance platform.

This platform, its scheme awareness pages, its youth guidance section, and its complaint centre, is the first concrete expression of that turn: a single place where a citizen of Chhaprauli can ask a plain question and get a plain answer.

  6. 06

    The road ahead.

The work continues, expanding scheme coverage, deepening the Farmers Hub, and strengthening the direct channel between residents and the public offices that serve them.

The six directions that follow from all of this are set out on the vision page.
